Nineteen of the 23 traits have a published chance. Four - Hustler, Overseer, Ascendant and Decay - have published effects but no published chance, and the site says so instead of printing a guess. One source prints a 100% figure for Overseer, which contradicts its own Mythic band and every other source, so that figure is not published as a chance.
The two fullest published chance tables agree on the Rare band but disagree on the Epic band, where one table's rows sum to less than half of a full band, and they disagree on Haste II, listed as -7.5% cooldown by two sources and -10% by a third. The table shows both figures with their source.
Immortal is the strongest trait and is limited to one unit per team. Overseer, Rupture, Decay, Stride and Ascendant are the usual alternatives, and the published best-trait picks per unit follow role: economy units take Hustler, crit-based carries take Rupture, and long-fight carries take Stride because Tempo stacks reward continuous attacking.
